Why should I have a professionally written resume/cover letter/personal statement/etc?

A professionally written professional document is an investment in yourself. Some people find it difficult to "brag on themselves" and list all of their accomplishments and achievements, but your professional document is exactly the place to do that! It is important that your strengths and accomplishments are properly translated on paper.  


How does your process work?

You'll begin by booking the services you are interested in here. We will have a free 30 minute virtual consultation at a mutually agreed upon time where we will discuss your work history as well as your career goals. Be sure to send me any current documents, certifications, licenses, etc. you want included in your new documents prior to OR after your consultation. If you do not currently have a resume or CV, that's ok too! We will work together on creating one for you. I use a unique collaborative approach, meaning that you will receive emails/texts from me during the process of crafting your documents. You must be responsive in order to get the most out of your session. You will be sent an individualized quote; 50% must be paid prior to your documents being started and the rest must be paid in full before your documents being sent to you via email.


How soon will I receive my new documents?

Once your payment is received, you can expect your documents 10-14 business days after your consultation. Please note that I pride myself on excellent customer service, so I will work with you until you are 100% satisfied with your documents, however, any revisions/edits you desire must be communicated to me within 7 business days of receiving your drafts. No refunds. If you desire an expedited turnaround sooner than 10-14 business days, this is available for an additional fee. 


What if I need hard copies of my documents?

Hard copies are always great to have on hand... you will be interview ready and this will help you stand out among other interviewees! Hard copy delivery is available as an add-on service. 10 copies of your final documents will be printed on professional grade paper and delivered to you with a tracking number included. Please note that I have no control over delivery times once the documents are mailed; your tracking number will always have the most accurate delivery information. 


What if I am interested in your services but they cannot fit my budget at the moment?

I offer PayPal "Pay-in-4" (payment plan) for my services. It is 100% safe and secure. Your funds are automatically debited through PayPal on a four week schedule. Your card numbers are kept secure, never visible to me, and your total for your services will be made visible to you prior to you being charged. Reduced rates are also available on a limited basis. Please note that pricing for resume revisions (not including cover letter) will generally follow the below scale, depending on your needs: 


Entry Level professionals (0-5 years of experience): $175-250

** good for high school/college students **

Mid-Level professionals (5-10 years of experience): $275-350

**good for those transitioning industries (ie: Education to Nursing)**

Senior-Level professionals (10+ years of experience): $375-450
